Harleston 

The market town of Harleston is only 5 minutes drive from our site. You will find Budgens supermarket for all your provisions as well as a choice butchers, bakeries, green grocers and a deli shop. You will also find a collection of independent retailers, cafe's, an art gallery and pubs serving food.  Market day is Wednesday. Most shops are closed on Thursday afternoon.


Southwold - Approx 20.4 miles  (40 mins by car)                                          

The charming resort of Southwold is well worth a visit. Gift shops and cafe on the Pier, walk the promenade up to the main street, visit the harbour (where you will find excellent fish and chips), take the ferry over to Walberswick, great food at the pubs there.


Fressingfield Stores

The village of Fressingfield (5mins by car) is our neighbouring village. As well as being the home of excellent eatery 'The Fox & Goose' you will find a great village shop 'Fressingfield Stores - Mace'
